NEW! UPDATED 2012-2013 Parent Handbook
Below is the paperwork required by DHS for the 2012-2013 Summer and Fall Sessions. If you filled it out for Summer 2012 than you do NOT have to fill it out again for the Fall 2012 Session. If you have not filled the paperwork out yet this year, please do so and return it to the office as soon as possible. Please make sure to sign and date each page properly. You must fill this paperwork out before your child can start at YCS. Thank You!
